This chicken and broccoli quiche is one of my husband's favorite, dishes Mama made at Christmas, he knew she made it just for him! Since it is full of broccoli, chicken, milk and chasse, its kid friendly, something light for Lunch or Dinner that taste good.


  1. 1 Frozen Pie Shell (Deep)

  2. 1 Full chicken breast, cooked and shredded

  3. 5 eggs beaten

  4. 3/4cup milk

  5. 1/2cup onion diced

  6. 1cup chopped broccoli florets

  7. 1 Tablespoon butter

  8. 1cup Shredded Cheddar Cheses, plus a little extra to sprinkle on top


  • Preheat Oven 375degree

  • Before starting, take out frozen pie shell, set aside

  • Melt butter in a pan, add onions sauté until golden

  • Add broccoli, to onions sauté until slightly tender

  • In a bowl beat eggs, add milk

  • Stir chicken into egg and milk mixture

  • Prick the bottom and sides of pie shell with a fork

  • Add onion, broccoli and cheese to egg mixture, Mix well

  • Pour into pie shell, top with chasse

  • Bake at 375degree 50minutes
